So my boyfriend and I are in a predicament!. We've tried condoms and they just don't "feel good" for him and I'm on the pill!. But i don't feel safe without a condom!.!.!.!.any help!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Use VCF (Vaginal Contraceptive Film) it contains spermicide that will kill his sperm and will be extra peace of mind for you since you are on the pill!. me and my wife have used it for years and it is alot less messy than most other spermicidesWww@Answer-Health@Com

The bad thing about the pill is that you have to take it everyday, I was on the pill for over 3 years and I forgot 2 take it many times!.!. that's a headache, you can try Nuvaring, it worked for me, it has to be inserted in you vgina (u don't need a Dr!. to do it, u can do it yourself) once a month, easy to use!.!.!. now about the STD's, if your bf doesn't feel comfortable using condoms, ask him to get tested frequently!.!.!. eventually he will get tired of it and agree to use a condom!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
you could go to the doctors and either get depo provera shots every three months or get an implanon implant that lasts three years!. depo can make you put on weight as it tells your body that you are pregnant, and you can store food for a baby you don't have (not in all cases) it also can turn your period off completely or make you bleed more, every one is different on that!. implanon reduces your period, and has less side effects, but some times you can see the implant!. I can feel mine and there is a mark where it is but its not noticable on the inside of my arm!. both were very effective for me, but what ever you decide, see a respectable doctor first!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
If you are taking you pill regulary and on time then you should be OK!. If you miss your tablet or start taking it irregulary then that is when it is not as effective!. I would advise that you still use a condom regulary as it stops the spread of STDs as well!. If you want to have sex without a condom then you could always go and take the morning after pill!. Well sorry but just cause they don't feel good to him is no excuse to put yourself at risk for venereal diseases!. Do you know all the partners he has had and all their sexual history!? Does he know the same about you!? You have good reason not to feel safe not using a condom!. Be firm and tell him that you do not feel safe without one and will not back down from that!. If he doesn't understand that and respect your feelings any more than that then this is not someone you want to be intimate with!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I wouldn't recommend the Depo Provera shot!. Every single person that I've know to get it had severe weight gain problems while on it!. And most of them have found it very hard to lose the weight even after getting off of the shot years ago!. What about an IUD!? It's safely implanted into your vagina by your doctor!. It's made of plastic and it blocks the sperm!. You can safely keep the same one in for 5 years!. When you get it removed, you can choose to get another one placed in, or decide you wish to conceive at that time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
If you're on the pill and taking them regularly, you don't need condoms--unless you have an STD or think that he might!. If you don't feel comfortable without it, give him the no glove no love speech!. Small joke, but really, it's your right to insist for any reason!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Being that the "Pill" is 99% effective ; there is still a slight chance of pregnancy !.!.!.!.!. so using a condom as double protection is a great idea !.!.!.!.!.

The next time that your boyfriend says that the condoms don't "feel good" tell him that you are even and to suck it up like you do!. If men could get pregnant you bet that they would never cry about using condoms!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Your fine with just the birth control alone, but if you are feeling uneasy with it maybe you can try a diaphragm!. If that doesn't "feel good", then use spermicide!. That doesn't feel like anything!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
