Why do men erect at night and in the morning for no reason?!

Its actually a number of reasons!. Left over hormones your body produces to function during the day gets used up or thrown out at night to make way for the next days production!. This causes erections among other things!. Also dreams play a part!. Last, every one turns and shifts during the night while they sleep (might not remember moving but still) and all that moving causes your groin area to get brushed up against your thighs, underwhere, sheats, whatever, and all guys no that it doesn't take alot to get it up(most of the time a simple touch will do)!. Stastistically, guys have between 6-12 erections during the night!. so its normal you might not even notice it and it can happen cause of any one or all of these reasons at once!. Also if you get "wet" cause of one of these erections it was most likely a dream that caused that one!. LOL!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
