Answers:
Almost all adult males have erections of not quite 6 inches on average, 4 to 6 inches in considered the normal range!. The size of a flaccid (not erect) penis varies a lot more than erect ones do!. At 12 you are due 2 more growth spurts before the age of 21 (more or less) plus significant hormone increases!. You seem to be well within the range of normal!.
If it makes you feel better the great french conqueror Napoleon Bonaparte had a flaccid penis of perhaps 1 1/4 inches, erect, not much more!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes absolutely fine , at the most you are very early in puberty and any real growth to your penis will not have kicked in yet
If you are comparing with a mate it could be that he is slightly older , or even just a bit ahead in puberty development as this can be different for all guys
So just relax and all will happen in due courseWww@Answer-Health@Com

flaccid size will usually be 2-3 (more or less depending on temperature even as an adult

erect (as an adult) will likely be around 5-6 so you are good for your ageWww@Answer-Health@Com

Normal on both flaccid and erect!. It will grow!. Flaccid size on all guys varies throughout the day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
