Question: What muscle group do i need to work on the most!?
I'm 15 years old (16 in August)
I am 160 pounds 5'7 (about 5 pounds of fat, working on it!)
Measurements:
14 inch arms
39 inch chest
12 inch forearms
30 inch waist
21 inch legs (upper half of legs, not calfs)
16 inch calfs
if i missed any measurements, just tell me and i will be happy to put them up!.!.!.

I think you're fat level is too low!. You're still growing!. You want to stop at 5'7!? Keep enough food in the tank that you can support your muscles AND height increase!. You can tone up the last bit later, if you miss gaining height now, its gone forever!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
