Question: This is kinda embarassing [boys only]plz!?
i have a little bulged up chest and i want them flat and tight what kinda manual exercise r wat should i do and even to get a good lookin personality !.!.!.i am 17 and i just feel annoyed about itWww@Answer-Health@Com

If I understand your question you are trying to widen and flatten your chest!. While standing and starting with light weights put your arms out in front of you, at shoulder height!. Then stretch them out sideways as far as you can go, stretch until you can feel it pulling, stop short of pain!. Do many sets of this, slowly increasing the weight!. The movement should be slow and hold your arms level!.
Lying on your back and again starting with light weights put you hands down to your hips!. Lift them just an inch off the floor and stretching out hard raise your hands over your head, always keeping your hands close to the floor (the same movement as making snow angels)!.
All the movements have to include stretching out as far as possible!. This will ted to stretch and widen your chest, building up the muscle that you have somehow been neglecting!.
Swimming, especially butterfly and breaststroke will also help and is a lot less boring then weight work!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Crunches are the best thing to get a flatter chest and stomach!. For the sides of your chest do push-up and lift weights!. Rememeber, if it hurts!.!.!.its working!. But once you start this regimine dont stop!. It will rip open the muscles in your body, but it will heal in a few days and the pain will go away!. Your body will be in the posistion to build muscle!.
