If yes, then he should be able to come during sex as well!. The problem in that case would be more psychological!. Perhaps he has an overwhelming fear of getting someone pregnant, though that hasn't ever stopped most guys!.

If he's a guy, there is definitely something wrong with him!. Guys can c um much easier than girls and if he's having a problem with that, then he should go and see a urologist!.
