im on a swim team and everyone on our team has a big shaving party before our big end of season meet!. it takes the guys about 4 hours to shave EVERYTHING (arms, pits, legs, chest, places of choice)
i think its kind of hot when i rub legs with them and they are all smooth and shaved!.

I think it interesting how many opposing answers you get on this question!. I don't think they should have to, but i don't it is wrong if they do!.
