Will this get my body in a better shape of 7 weeks?!

Question: Will this get my body in a better shape of 7 weeks!?
Hi,

I'm a 15year old boy who wants to beef up - I'm not weak but i wanna beef myself up, my pecs could do with some work and so can my arms and shoulders!.

I am doing 100 curls every night (Starting from 5kg - going too 10kg) and im doing 30 pressups and 30 crunches!. I'm trying to do an imitation of the pec machine on a chair by putting weights at arm's length to the side and bringing in(10)!. Some other home created ideas I thought of was lying on one side and putting the weights on the floor, lifting up and putting above my head and holding there (10 on each arm)!.
Everynight I do the above!. If i keep that up for 7 weeks will i be noticeably bigger (Note, when i get stronger, i increase the weight)

Thanks! I'm doing everything at home before i go to sleep!. So no fancy equipmentWww@Answer-Health@Com

The pec deck idea wont do a lot for you!.!. Better to use those dumbells and do bench press!.!. seated bench press and shoulder presses!. Mix it up a bit!.!.!. do some lunges and squats too with the dumbells!.!.!. and calf raises!.!.!.!. tricep kickbacks!.!.!. dumbells are really useful!

Don't hold dumbells above your head !.!.!. to keep the muscles under stress use slow continuous movements!.

You can do more push ups and crunches!.!.!. three sets of what you are currently doing!.

You can train every night!.!.!. but try working your shoulder, chest, biceps, triceps one night!.!. then legs, calves, back and abs the next!.!.!. then repeat your first workout!.!.!.

Do the pushups every night!. Good lad!. You will feel noticeable differences in 7 weeks!. As for looks!.!.!. well, maybe just a little!. It takes dedication to get a hawt body!.!.!.!. make a good start of it until the exercise becomes habitual!.!.!. by the time you are 18 you will be a v!. hawt man!.

Heres an exercise directory that will do you for a lifetime !.!.!. http://www!.exrx!.net/Lists/Directory!.htmlWww@Answer-Health@Com

for your arms def dont do it every night your muscles need a chance to heal do sets like say a warm up set then 3 sets of a certain weight for example like 3 sets of a 8 rep max do crunches 3/4 days a week but give your muscles a break add wall squats/ squats with out weight to your things you do at home as well as lunges!. If you give every muscle group a certain day and really work it that will work much better then trying to do it all every single day, less really is more your muscles need to heal to grow and eat tons of food dont worry about suppliements those arent as important as food!. TRUST ME lots of lean meat like chicken get your whole wheat carbs and eat lots of fruit and veggies !!Www@Answer-Health@Com

A!. Not every night, man!. Every other day!.

B!. Too many reps, Not enough weight!. Try 2 sets of 12 reps of your 1RM ( 1 Rep Maximum)!.

C!. Push-ups will do a great deal for your pecs and triceps, while the arms-in act you described doesn't sound like it will work the pecs!. I do 50 push-ups every night, and it keeps my pecs in shape!.

D!. Depending on what you're looking for, 30 crunches may not be enough!. If you're looking for flatness, that's fine!. If you want that "eggbox", then anywhere from 50 to 100 every other day is very good!. Afterward, do Supermans to work your lower abs!. Lay on your back, pressing the small of your back into the ground!. Cross your arms over your chest!. Extend your legs fully, and while raising your head, bring your legs up to a vertical position!. Hold for a second or two, then lower your head and legs!.

E!. While calisthenics and curls may be good, if you want bulk you're going to want a weight machine, either Adams or freeweight!. Just a bench is a great pec/ tricep workout!.

Good luck, bro!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
