Question: How do I get a more cut and toned body look!?
Im starting protein drinks soon, and want to know what else I can do to make my pecs more defined and my abs/arms etc, any muscle bound people help!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

For your pecs i would recomend doing a combination of incline, flat and decline bench presses along with dumbell fly's!.
For bigger arms i would work your triceps (dips, kick backs, narrow grip press) as this is a larger muscle than you bicep so can so will add greater bulk to your arms!.
I only give my bicep a workout once a week because it is only a relatively small muscle!.
If you are doing a lot of work on you pecs you must also do work on your back!. Increasing pectorial muscle will pull the shoulders forwards working the rhombiod muscle on the back will counter act this effect!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

k, im pretty "musclebound" so, just lift weights!. if you wanna get more defined and toned lift a lot of reps with a light to medium weight!. but if you're looking to get bigger as in buff, you should lift heavier weights!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
