Question: Quickest way to increase biceps!?
I know weights but I have been told different by different people, one said bigger weights less reps and the other said more reps less weights!? which is correct!? Also any other ways!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Actually its both!. You need to use periodization!. Exercises such as DB bicep curls, Preacher curls, and hammer curls work great but there are plenty of different exercises!. Use these in this manner: For the first 3 weeks use higher reps (14-16) in 2 sets with a lower amount of weight!. The next 2 weeks use more weight but lower reps (6-8) and 5-6 sets!. The next 2 weeks go back to the higher reps!. Continue with this trend and you should notice bigger gains!. After a few weeks you can tweak your reps and sets so your body never adapts!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Depends on how many reps you initially did!. To gain mass, you need to break the most muscular tissue as possible!. Compare these ratios : for 6 to 12 reps you break about 8 tissues!. I recommend 8 reps!.
If you're REALLY into getting into bigger biceps (fastest way), you can also do strength, 1 rep, which will break 1 other tissue and endurance, about 20 rep which will break 1 more tissue!.
You don't really break 1or 8 tissues I'm just using them as ratios!. Hope this helps!.

it is my understanding that more weight gave 'more bulk' with less repititions but over a longer period!.
