Well, in my case, I'm right handed and also use the right hand for masturbating!. So, I'm not sure exactly where you heard that, but I don't agree with that!. It really depends on what's most comfortable, and if anything, I think people would use their dominant hand!. If someone is right handed, lets say, they would use their right hand for most things, including masturbation!.
