What is the best workout for 14 year old?!


Question: What is the best workout for 14 year old!?
I only have access to 10 pound weights and myself!. I really would like to lose weight in the hip area, stomach area, thigh area, and butt area!. Please help!. Thanks!!! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

That fat is there for a reason!. You are about to stretch and your body will consume it for energy to do it!.

This doesn't mean that you should not exercise!. A young dude like you will gain more from running, jumping on teh trampolene, riding bike, swimming, doing pushups than anything you can do with a dumbell!.

However, you can use the dumbell for squats, lunges, chest press, shoulder press, biceps curls, flies, tricep kickbacks!.!.!. there's a million things you could do to tone muscle mass!.

You are still too young to work out!.

If you only want to lose your body fat, just keep doing cardiovascular exercises such as running, jogging and swimming, etc!. But other than losing body fat, you need to wait until you are at least 16, because you are still in puberty and you still have a lot to grow!. Working out in early age would only affect your growth!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try some running and then when you get home to do your arms and chest put some weights on ur back and then do some push ups then take those off of your back and hold them while you do sit ups and squats and then you will pretty much be taken care ofWww@Answer-Health@Com
