How to buiild abs?!


Question: How to buiild abs!?
Okay right now i have a six pack, but i was wondering how to tone the outter abdominals!.

Im fine for the inner, but crunches just arent doing what i want anymore!. They dont even tire me anymore!.

prone holds, side holds, leg extensions, crunches, sit ups, oblique sit ups, oblique twists, back extensions, alternating arm and leg raises, supermans, plus a host of swiss ball exercises such as crunches, prone holds, russian twists, jacknives, hip bridges, hamstring curls could pretty much tone everything and make it more definedWww@Answer-Health@Com

You can reach the outer abs (obliques) by

1!. Kickboxing, especially round house kicks

2!. Rowing

3!. Discus throwing (freebies work too)

go to www!.youtube!.com and type 8 minute abs and do what the video says to do for about 3 months!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

try doing sideways crunches!. or doing bicicles: lay on your back and alternate bringing your right elbow to your left knee or bringing your left elbow to your right knee!. hope this helps!Www@Answer-Health@Com
