Answers:
That isn't paraphimosis, its just phimosis!. Paraphimosis is when your foreskin becomes lodged beneath the head of the penis and can't be pushed forward again!.
It sounds like you just have phimosis, which is when your foreskin can't be pulled back over the head!. This is because the foreskin is too tight!.
A tight foreskin is surprisingly common and can usually be self-treated at home in private!.
It involves stretching exercises (ideally in the bath/shower) to make it easier to pull back!. Be patient, because it must be stretched daily over several weeks, but it will be worth it in the end!
The below websites have some good advice:Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sorry that you are going through what seems to be agonizing pain, I would definately recomend scheduling an appointment with an urologist or better yet go to the emergency room, as soon as possible!. Stretching may cause tearing!. You may need to get circumcised!. If you have any questions about circumcision just email!. I was circumcised later in life!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

DON'T let anyone remove your foreskin!. there are ways of stretching it!. If that don't work a small surgical procedure can be done!. only remove it as a last resort!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

don't get cut, you can search the web for phimosis stretching techniques and by doing those exercises for a bit you can avoid surgery and keep all the pleasureWww@Answer-Health@Com

Has a doctor confirmed paraphimosis!. This is even more rare than phimosis!. If you are not in any pain, maybe you need to do stretching excercises!. It takes a while but it is worth it!. If you opt to get circumsized this is your decision, remember whatever feels good to you!.
Well my nephew went through the same thing!. This is what he emailed me for you!. It is just a suggestion!. You can also go to a dr and get a prescription for steroid cream!.

At first, I tried to retract it when my penis was flaccid but I became almost instantly erect!. So I started stretching gently every evening with my penis erect!. What I did was very simple!. I didn't use lubricant!. I encircled my penis between my thumb, which I placed at the corona, and my index and middle fingers, which I pressed against the underside of my penis in the area of the frenulum and urethra, and gently pulled my foreskin back!. I pulled until there would have been discomfort if I had pulled any harder, then let it return to its relaxed forward position over the glans!. I repeated this for about ten minutes, then masturbated to ejaculation!. I let the semen remain in my foreskin until I showered the next morning!. Perhaps hyaluronidase in the semen helped loosen my foreskin, because this enzyme is a potent skin relaxer!. After about five months, I could retract my foreskin all the way with no discomfortWww@Answer-Health@Com

The picture you linked is of phimosis, where the foreskin won't retract!. Paraphimosis is the condition where the foreskin retracts behind the head of the erect penis, but gets stuck there, and sometimes can cut off the circulation!. Both problems should be fixable by stretching the opening in your foreskin so it can slide back and forth over your glans with ease, even when you're erect!. Just stretch the opening in your foreskin a little wider each day!. It may be easier to do this in the bath or shower!.

Even if this doesn't work, you don't need to have your foreskin removed!. The doctor can give you a cream to help your foresking relax and stretch, and if that doesn't work, he can widen it with a little snip!.

Other conditions can keep the foreskin from retracting: adhesions between the foreskin and the glans, or a short frenulum (string underneath the penis that attaches the foreskin to the penis)!. Both of these rare conditions can also be treated without circumcision!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
