Its not common for guys to not wear underwear!. Most prefer to wear boxers, it has similar feeling!. And by wearing sumthing underneath ur sure u wont catch any hair or skin in jean zips etc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's not an issue of it being common or uncommon it's just a matter of personal preference!. Some guys don't wear them cuz they like the feel, others do it cuz it makes them feel sexy, hot, etc!. If you like free-balling then more power to you, just be care-full not to zip any part of your guys, don't free-ball when wearing jeans that are too tight, this is dangerous, well with any thing that is too tight actually!. Another issue is getting hard easy cuz your boys are swinging free, hard to hide it if not underwear to hold it back some!.
