Question: (PLZ HELP!) Am i doing crunches wrong!?
When I do crunches, it SHOULD hurt my abs, right!? and it does after a while, but it quickly gets REALLY painful on my sides, the back sides, like where your kidneys are!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.but farther over!. Ok, its the sides, but the back part of them, the sides of my lower back!. Am i doing them wrong!?
also, i am getting really good workouts on my upper abs, and i need to do more for my lowedr abs!. What are some good exercises!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Once you put your abs under stress to fatigue levles you rlower back tries to take up the load!.!.!. this is what is causing you the lower back pain!.!.!. you shouldnt work through that as it an only get worse and back pain is debilitating once those spine muscles get tight!.
Usually when working the abs, we work the other side as well with back extensions or sommat!.

idk about the rest of that but try leg lifts for your lower abs by raising them to 90 degrees then slowly letting them down to 6'' off the ground and repeat until you can't do any more!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
dont do them too often cuz if you do, you could acctualy reduce muscle mass!. its quite interesting!. but yea!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
