Well, it's the part that gets cut off when you get circumsised!. So people that don't have foreskin have been circumsised, I would show you a picture, but I'm not gonna look it up!. Go on google or something and turn off the filter, type in circumsised penis and uncircumsised, the uncircumsised one is the one with the skin cover the head, thats the foreskin!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
