Help as I lose weight, Im also losing upper body strenghth?!


Question: Help as I lose weight, Im also losing upper body strenghth!?
I've lost 17 pounds!. before I lost the weight I could do 15-20 push ups in 2 minutes!. now I can only do about 3-4

You should be able to do more since you are loosing weight but maybe you should do more intense strenght training exercise and on a regular basis should do the trick!. Good luck and hope this helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
