Question: Hair loss question!. I'm lossing my hair and want to know the best ways to get it back!.!?
I've been lossing it for a few years now!. It isn't gone all the way yet!. My forehead just keeps getting higher and I have a place in the center that is starting to get thin!. I've heard of rogain but I don't know how it works!. I don't know if this is the only option out there or if I am just going to have to accept it!. If I have to accept it will it be better to shave it all off and keep my head shiny or to just keep it trimed up like Capt Pacard on Star Trek!. I am just 27 so I want it too look attractive!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

* reduce stress (meditate)
* brush your hair vigoursly 90-100 strokes per section with a
natural boar bristle brush to stimulate growth and strengthen
existing hair
* vigoursly massage olive oil on the hair, roots, and deep into
scalp at night before bed and put on a shower cap, wash out
in morning
* try rogaine or propesia(sp!?), someone i know said they
tried it but it didn't work
* visit bosley hair institute for transplant
* wear a hair piece
* wear a cap to hide it (not good though, will loose the rest of
your hair)
* shave it if you have the right head shape, some people can
pull this off and look great with a shaved head, others look
terrible!.

Buzz cuts and bald heads are in these days!. Go for it! If you really don't want to, I would suggest a shampoo that makes your hair fuller!. There's no remedy that will make your hair grow back!. Hair implants is an option but costly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you're suffering from male pattern balding, which it sounds like you do, there is no cure!. Medications such as Rogaine (branded as Regaine in some markets) and Propecia might help you keep the hair you have and you might be lucky and get a little regrowth, however, there is no way of restoring your old hairline (aside from hair transplants)!. The downside to drugs such as Rogaine and Propecia is that they will make you dependent on them in order to retain your results--in other words, they are habit-forming!.
Depending on your hair color and the way your head is shaped, it might look really good to have a short buzz cut or shaving it completely bald up there!. Personally, I think buzzed hairstyles look better on dark-haired men than blonds and redheads!. Ask your hairdresser for advice next time you see him/her!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
