IN the Army or any other kind of nutritional and physical shake down, will I ultimately grow taller, or only just become more physically fit!?

Going to the army or getting involved in any physical and nutritional program will not increase your height!. This is based on genetics!. Do not be to fast to want to grow because you don't stop growing until you are 21 so you still got a good 4 years to go!.
