Wait!.!.!.!.don't get grossed out yet!. Let me explain!. You see, I masturbated!.!.!.and got semen on my hands!. I washed my hands with non-antibacterial soft soap about 5 times, each for about 30 seconds!. Is that enough to get it completely off!? Now, I'm worried because after this I went to sleep, and, as often happens, I woke up with my hand in my mouth (no that isn't anything sexual; have done it since I was a kid)!. 1!. It is completely impossible to give yourself something with any of your own body fluids!. Anything in those fluids you already have!.
2!. HIV, like any other virus does not spontaneously generate!. It has to be gotten from someone else who already has it!.

Grasshopper, there's absolutely nothing in your semen that isn't already in the rest of your body!. You don't have to do more than wash your hands gently just to clean the semen off so you don't walk around with dry semen on your hands!. You can swallow your own semen (it takes some effort, but it can be done, and many guys do, usually out of curiosity) and it won't hurt you at all!.
