i have this condition and im very emmbaressd i never told any one about it not even a doctor but maybe you guys can help ok so i have this problem were i urinate out of my anal and it even happens sumtimes when i have to take a crap it comes out at the same time i rarely ever use my penis to urinate but when i do it happens maybe 1 time every 2 monthsWww@Answer-Health@Com

This might be a serious health problem, all right!. You need to go to a doctor as soon as possible to get checked out!. This could mean that your internal plumbing is not arranged right!. If that is the case, it can be fixed with surgery!.
