Question: After work out if i didn't eat any thing that includes will my muscles get weaker or smaller !?

protein (meat) helps build muscles and carbs give u energy so u won't be tired after u work out!. Also u should eat within 15 minutes of wen u finish so u will metabolize the food better and get stronger muscles !.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Protein shakes are the easiest to get carbs and protein in!.
