hi im a size 9 in UK shoe size and im just wondering if id be tall when i reach my adult height because im 5 ft 8 now and im 14 so what height will i get up 2!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

boys stop growing at about 18 so considering uve got 4 years left you should grow to about 6'3

you are just a quick grower and u might start to slow down now that u are in ur teens

If you want to be taller, incorporate Yoga and strectching exercises into your exercise regime!. working on your spine!. Its good for your posture and with time, you will get taller!.
