What are some ways you can work on your stomach w/out doing sit ups or really mu!
Question: What are some ways you can work on your stomach w/out doing sit ups or really much work at all!?
I have broken my tail bone twice and never went to the dr!. for it, but to this day I cannot do sit ups at all because it pains my lower back so much!.!.!.
Are there any other exercises I could do, I don't have a big stomach, Its pretty flat and all but I mean of course it could need some work!.!.!.
Also I heard if you breathe in and out on your stomach deeply alot it will work the ab muscles, is this true!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

well if you are not embarrassed to do this then ( If you kind of dance by swaying you stomach and hips back and forth and keeping your upper body still and you do that long enough then you will start to feel it working) and the breathing only helps with controlling your muscles and helps you breath and burns barley does any anything to your stomachWww@Answer-Health@Com
You have to do some sort of situps to get muscle there!. They just dont appear,u gotta work for em
Get a small medicine ball, and do situps sitting on it, it will work much better than doing normal ones on the groundWww@Answer-Health@Com
