I used to weight 270 last year now im at 158 just gained a pound 159 now wtf why!?!.!.!.!. I just had not work out for a week almost!?!.!.!.!. Had stick to a 2000 calorie diet as well!.
Is it possible to weight 150 by aug 8th if i stick to a 500 calorie diet, and burn 500 a day!?

Working out burns calories ,so if you stopped for a week you put the weight back on!.
Mainly water!.
Yes that would be possible but also unhealthy too:take 5oo calories and burn them all:your body needs some too!.

Oh my god, it's a pound, let it go!. And of course it's possible, because it happened didn't it!? If you are a 17y/o 5'9" male you should NOT be eating 500 callories a day!. You should be eathing at least 1000!. You are slowly distroying your body and this will create more problems for you in the future!.
