I worked out yesterday!.!. and today im really sore!.!. Should I wait a day to work out again or can I still workout tonight!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Wait a day!. two of the most important things about working out arent they actual working out!. Its eating and resting!. Eat right and rest!. Dont work out the same muscle groups too much two days in a row!. Thats overtraining, and is one of the biggest mistakes you can make when working out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You shouldn't work out everyday!. If you do don't always work on the same part of the body!. Like one day work on the arms, the second day work on the legs!. But it's best to wait a day and to work out at least every other day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Actually you should rotate your workout to accomodate different muscle groups!. You should allow at least 48 hours rest for each muscle group worked!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you at the prime man if you stop now than every time after you exescise you gonna be feelin pain exercise now and your body gonna gat used to it man and you'd feel much better to!Www@Answer-Health@Com
