Very bad back problems?!
Question: Very bad back problems!?
My friend is having really bad back problems and has done as much as we can think!. Been to doctors and their x-rays show nothing in the discs, physio works for a day and then it is back!. Pains range from aches to sharp pains in the middle and upper back!. Any ideas!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'd say they are looking over something!. But I have had the same experience and I usually sleep with something under my neck, such as a small pillow or sheet wrapped up giving my neck better support!.!.!.!.!.!.!. Also try support something under your knees at night, a higher elevation of the legs can help the lower to mid back as well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
there can be all sorts wen it comes to back problems , GP s find it difficult to put a name to certain types of back pain, usually serious back pain would be numbness in the back or legs, loss of bladder or bowel control or gradually getting worse!. how long has this been going on for!?!? did he have any blood tests!?!? i suggest u go again to GP, dont give up, browse the net try and find different causes related to his symptoms and suggest them to his GP!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
