My foreskin doesn't stretch all the way back when erect. How can I fix it?!

Question: My foreskin doesn't stretch all the way back when erect!. How can I fix it!?
I'm not really sure if it's the size of my penis (it's actually kinda big for my age, I think!. Last I measured it was around uh!.!.!. 7!.5 inches, but I'm not entirely sure on that!. I'm just saying what the ruler said)!.

Anyway, it EASILY goes back when it's flaccid, and I can stretch it really far!. I can pull it entirely back and see the entire underside of the foreskin (looks kinda weird, though)!. But when I'm erect, I can pull it back, but there's a point where the bottom of the head restricts it from going any further!. I've tried just pulling it back slowly, and that's worked a little bit!.

I've tried masturbating and stretching it at the same time, but I don't like it!. The head gets dry and makes it hard for me to put the foreskin back to where it was!.

So!.!.!. what are some ways to fix this without using any lotion or creams or masturbating it back!? Or do I just need to wait it out!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
To Jennifer; Get yourself circumcised with a female circumcision before trying to mutilate men!. See how YOU like it!. Some women are so shallow that they have no concept that genital mutilation is wrong whether perpetrated on women OR men!.

You may have a tight frenulum, the band of tissue on the underside of the glans connecting the foreskin with the glans, and this is called frenulum breve!. You can look it up on your browser!.

I'm glad for your sake that you understand it's far better to have a whole and intact penis, than a scarred, mutilated and partial one!. You will enjoy a complete sexual experience throughout your life, with complete sensitivity and your orgasms will have full intensity that mutilated men don't experience!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
