What are the causes of a swollen scrotum in a one year old?!


Question: What are the causes of a swollen scrotum in a one year old!?
My nephew is one year old and his scrotum is swollen!. It's only one of them though and it is hard but does not appear to be causing him any discomfort!. What can cause this!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
