Question: How Do You Build Muscle Fast!?
Hi, i am 15 years old 6'2 and 150 lbs!. (i am very skinny) All of the weightlifting equipment that i currently have access to is a bench and a pull up bar!. I am trying to put on some weight (mostly muscle) for wrestling season which starts november!. Can someone please give me some exercises that i can do with this equipment in order to build muscle fast and ultimately get stronger within the amount of time that i have!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ok make sure you do bench press, Dumb bell rows, and squats and all sorts of that stuff!.!.!.for each of your exercises do 4 sets of 6-8 reps and rest 3 minutes in between each set!.!.!.and drink lots of water and eat alot of proteinWww@Answer-Health@Com

If you're 6'2'' and 150 pounds and workout regularly and you're not putting on weight, then you need to EAT! A lot!. 80% of gaining muscle isn't the workout, it's what you eat!. You don't build muscle when you workout, it builds between your workouts and you have to fuel your body properly!. You should be eating at least 200 grams of protein per day and consume at least 40 grams immediately after your workout!. Don't skimp on the carbs either as their critical for replenishing your glycogen stores which you need during your workout!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
