To the best of my knowledge the technology doesn't exist yet, and it's never been done!.
If you're missing one of them, they can implant a prosthetic in the scrotum for cosmetic reasons, but it's just plastic, and has no real function!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It isn't possible yet, but if one is missing and you are worried about appearance, then a false one can be put in the scrotum to level things up!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
