Loose man boobs?!


Question: Loose man boobs!?
not huge, but i hate it, i have a gym membership, are there good workouts to get rid of them!.

you need to work the chest muscle a lot more!. So few reps with big weights!. Use the decline bench, where your head is close to the ground and your knees are diagnolly pointing upwards!. GET A PARTNER OR GYM WORKER to spot you b/c it can fall on you if you don't know what you're doing!. i'd say start with 10% of what your max is on a regular (horizontal) bench when doing bench presses!. Whatever you just warm up with start with that b/c you'll never be able to lift your max on a decline or incline vs regular (horizontal) (at least that's my experience and what i've always observed)

at the movie theater i go to they have stair handles that are shoulder width apart and i always grab them and then lean forward slightly with my legs sticking straight out!. sorta similar to what gymnasitc guys at tthe olympics do on the parallel bars!. THAT HELPS when i don't work out!. you can also get two chairs that are = in height (say dinner table chairs) then use that bend your knees or lift your legs up and try to do some dips!. (like vertical pushups)

the best thing i used though was that machine where you pull the two strings forward diagnolly down (see the Incredibles movie where Mr!. Incredible is working out and he is pulling a rope in each hand!. It's in most men's work out magazines!. usually it's in the machine where you can do natural pullups!. do the one where the string is at the top and you are pulling forward parallel with the chest!. It's better but similar to the monkey/fly routine (on a bench use dumbells instead of a barbell to do chest reps!. like clappign your hands together!.

where shirts with pictures in that area or words !. wear shirts with two pockets (you might have to put like paper towels in them or a q- card usually works to for me) where plaid formal/preppy buttoned down shirts to throw the eyes off!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

surgery, i have them and its something you just have to live with its wasent that bad for me cuz there pretty awesome pecs hard as a rock : }

It might be genetics but u can try dumb bell flies work on yout pecs or get your % body fat to 1%Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can't loose fat in a body part!. If you eat right and work out, fat will go off all over your body, including ti ts!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
