A persons "butt hole" lol wont really stretch perminantly!. Basically having anal sex now and then is okay, however, if done too much for anyone, not just gay couples then the muscles in the bottom will become damaged and wont work as well!. Normally you have anal sex and the hole goes back to normal size!. But if done too much the end results is that someone will become incontinent yes!. But thats only after constant anal sex and would probably take a year or so depending on how frequent they had the sex and how rough!.
