Chest is a large muscle that is sometimes difficult to get a good flex out of, especially when you're starting out!. My suggestion would be to do lots of push-ups and get dumbels and try some flys!. Bench press, cable crosses and other things of that nature work wonders if you have a gym membership, but at the age of 13 your body is growing and its incredibly difficult to add much muscle mass on top of that!.

But definitely push-ups are a good all around chest exercise!. If you want to make it a little harder try closing your hands together or doing "clap" push-ups!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you have access to a gym, talk to the guys there and seek out the pec machines!.

If you only have dumbells, you can do the pectoral fly!. Lie on a bench (the floor works if you don't have a bench but a bench is better) and spread both arms out so they make a straight line that is perpendicular to the rest of your body (you should form a cross)!. Have a dumbell in each hand!. Now slowly bring your arms up in front of you!. You can bend your elbows a bit in order to make it safer on your joints!. Slowly bring your arms back down into your starting position and repeat!.

If you're going for a big strong chest, use slower repititions with heavier weights!. If you just want to rip it out and get rid of all the fat, go for lighter weights and faster reptitions!.

Its is very simple, PUSHUPS!.
There are many different types of pushups that work different parts of your upper body!. If you have a wide grip(hands far apart) you will work the pecs(chest) a great deal!. Standard grip works the pecs and triceps evenly, but doesn't isolate either one!. And a narrow grip(hands close together) works the triceps alot!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
