Question: Lower stomach pain!?

ok during football practice like 2 days ago i tackled one of those dummies but my elbow landed near my belly button and i have on and pain not to big i can deal with it it's just when i poke the pain area it hurts more!. is it just a bruse!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
