Oh dude! Why would you do that!?!?!?!?!? Please edit your question and let me know because I really need to know what on God's green earth would ever prompt someone to place a sewing needle up their urethra!.
Anyway, to answer your question!. If you are not in any pain, you can hope that the little bugger makes it back out on it's own!. Drink a lot of fluids to try to flush it out!. If it does not come out after 1-2 times of urinating, you will need to go to the hospital because it most likely has lodged inside and is doing some damage!. Be careful how you fold "willy" until it has come out as you don't want to push the needle into anything if you can help it!.
EDIT: Ok, it poked out the side!. You are doing good dude!.!.!.!. now grab the piece that you can see and pull straight out!. It will bleed but it shouldn't bleed for a very long time!. You are going to want to go to the doctors tomorrow to get a tetanus and some antibiotics!. You might pee a little blood which is fine but if you are peeing a lot of red, go to emergency immediately!. This would be indicative of it shredding your urethra on the way out!. If you have trouble peeing!.!.!. go to the emergency room immediately!.

go see your doctor so a scan can be taken; if it has not punctured your urethra I mean if you have had an erection it most likely will; just go and get it seen and don't look back but honest with the doctor and let things work out!. be safeWww@Answer-Health@Com
