You're not alone!. I was in 10th grade with no pubes, no nothing, and was about the same size as you!. I know how you feel!. Late 10th grade it all got started for me - slowly!. As a senior in high school I was 5'4" tall and weighed 95 pounds at graduation!. I had pubes but no armpit hair!.
