Is anything wrong with me?!


Question: Is anything wrong with me!?
I am 14 and I have recently started working out!. I would do about 10 minutes per day so I wouldn't go over the top!. I know thats not a lot but keep on reading!. After about a week or so of just 10 minutes a day, I am starting to get ripping huge muscles on my arms!. Is it supposed to work that fast!? Or is my body structure different!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Congrats on that! Great job!. If you start young, it's a lot eaiser to keep fit!.
Also all depends on what your working on!. (I'm no fitness expert)

Try to work on a different part of your body each week!.

Squats work really good!. Then you can add more to the work out like with hand weights and such!.

Thats great that your keeping active, and no there is nothing wrong with you!
Keep up the good work, drink lots of water, and make sure you eat right!.

It varies by genetics!. The only potential problem is -- once you get ripping huge muscles, you have to keep exercising for the REST OF YOUR LIFE!. If you don't, your body will just spew and you will end up obese and weak!. So, be sure its something you want to always do (it is good for you)!.

depends on body type i think you have a Mesomorph body type which means you have a natural athletic body structure :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
