How can I work these muscles separately?!


Question: How can I work these muscles separately!?
I'm trying out for football this upcoming year as a Freshman for my High School!. My team was doing conditioning and weightlifting for 2 hours, 4 days a week, for 4 weeks!. Now conditioning is over, and I recently read that benching requires the use of your front deltoids, your pectoralis(pecs) and your triceps!. I've been wanting to increase the amount of weight I can bench, but I want to work the 3 pairs of muscles individually, rather than just do benching!. What exercises can I do to work the muscles individually!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

For pecs alone butterflies come to mind!.

But click on this link and check each exercise one by one!. Each exercise tells you if additional muscles are worked or if it's an isolation excercise!.

Just work on parrelel bars and horizondal bars than working out with weights!. Workout with weight only consolidate muscles, whereas free hand exercises allow expansion and consolidation!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
