Why am I sore all over after a hard workout?!

Question: Why am I sore all over after a hard workout!?
Answers:
because your using muscles in a way they aren't being used to being worked!.

Keep working out, don't stop and it'll get betterWww@Answer-Health@Com

You may have overworked your muscles, but I think that the reason is that it is because you did not properly stretch them before the workout, so they weren't flexible and warmed up when you worked out!. Do stretches to target the muscles you're working out before working them out so you avoid soreness!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well that should be a no brainer!.
When you work out you are tearing down your muscles, and then after they need time to repair!. So while they are torn down and repairing they are sore!.

Oh and a little tip!.
Don't work out again untill they aren't sore anymore, because then you aren't building muscle and your workouts will be meaningless!.
