i am a virgin and i have these small pimple or dot liek things on my penis!. the dont hurt or bleed or anything nasty they are just there!. and only on the bottom side!. they also only becoem aperent when it is hard!. whats is this!? is it dangeros!. i am 15!. is it from not washing enough!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

They're quite common; and happen especially often during your teenage years!. You can clean your skin with soap a few times daily to see if they disappear; but unless they grow large or begin oozing / bleeding, you have absolutely nothing to worry about!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Most all guys get them!. It's nothing to worry over!. Just wash and keep it dry!. You can use some medicated body powder!. Also, use an antibacterial soap such as Dial or Ivory and stay away from perfume scented soaps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
They sound like penile papules, i have them and i was worried until i found out they are harmless and should go away eventually :)
