the one that make more smooth is the razor not the electric one and the difference is if ur still developing the electric wont give u red dots Www@Answer-Health@Com
One you just use and the other you plug in the wall and turn it on!. Now don't drop the electric one in a sink full of water, cuz you might electrocute yourself, but you wouldn't have to worry about shaving!. LOLWww@Answer-Health@Com
