My muscles won't get sore?!


Question: My muscles won't get sore!?
can anyone give me advice i have been working my biceps for a while now and i find it hard to feel the burn or get sore!. this is the case with all my muscles!. can anyone give me advice on how to confuse my muscles!? would working one body part each day be good!? if i wasn't doing that before!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Change your routine!. If your body gets used to the same routine over and over it will stop getting results!. You might also want to increase the weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If it's harder to feel the burn, do a heavier weight!. And don't lift everyday, your body needs at least 2 days to rest!. Don't lift for the same body part on consecutive days!. Your biceps may be used to that same workout, so do different exercises, or try "21's!."Www@Answer-Health@Com

If they aren't burning then you aren't lifting enough!. You can't "confuse your muscles"!. Try using heavier weights!.

If it doesnt hurt its not working!. Youll have to learn the difference between good pain, muscle fatigue, and bad pain, injury!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

stretch really good!.
go jogging
and then work out!.
lift heavier weights
or ask your doctor you could have a muscle problems!.

Just go higher in yor wieght trtaining dude, I had the same problem and I asked my trainer and he helped me!. Trust me that I'll work
