Dude it may be jock itch i would find a anti bactrial soap and wash your junk reall good go to the store and in the Athlete Foot area find lotrimin AF Powder spray it is athlete foot spray which is good for jock itch too of youread the can!. after washing your junk dry it good then spray the lotrimin on your nuts and unit for a few days!. try and get the powder spray so that it also can help keep you dry!. Also stay away from the speedos and tight jeans wear some boxers or commando and shorts to let some air flow and keep the moisture away from your nuts!.

get some rid(head lice shampoo because head lice and crabs are of the same species so rid will work on crabs as well plus it would probaly be less embarrasing to buy ) and wash your pubic area with that it will kill the crabs and any possible eggs also you can try lotramin jock itch creamWww@Answer-Health@Com
