Question: Best way to get out of feeling embarrased!?
I've noticed I get embarrased alot and I can't think straight, any tips to get out of it!?

do what i do!.!.!. attract attention to it and turn it into a joke!.!.!. for example

your talking to a pretty lady!.!.!. and u accident spit when u talk and it hits her right in the nose! !.!. oh no thats embarrasing! what to say now!? !.!.!. this what id say!.!.!. oh wow yes i realized i just spat on ur nose haha sorry (laugh it off and joke about it)

I sort of have the same problem!. I guess it has to do with excessive self-respect, so even the smallest mistake causes us embarrassment!. And what's annoying is that I have a propensity to remember every single one of these embarrassments! So I make myself believe that others (the ones who are witnessing my apparent embarrassment or self-humiliation) have inferior memory, and such a trivial thing would soon slip their mind!. So I go on as if nothing's happened, and within half an hour, it's all fine!. More major ones take a day or two, but not longer than that!. I hope this works for you!. It does require a little practice- developing this psychological belief or whatever it's called!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
