I have been circumcised for about 5 days or a week and the head of my penis hurts when it touches clothes or any other material, and it bothers really bad!. Will that go away and is it normal for it to keep hurting after a week of Circumcision!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

It just takes a bit to get used to! I was cut at 18 and was well worth it! I wouldn't go back for anything! It is so much cleaner!. healthier and looks better! There is no great loss of sensitivity, that propaganda is all BS! You will learn to enjoy the contact! Wear tighty Whities until fully healed and ice it at night for the first few weeks!

After circumcision it usually takes from 3-4 weeks for everything to fully heal ( not completely accurate because its different for other people) After about a week when the wounds heal up and it stops bleeding, the head of your dick will start to peel ( this is completely normal, its only your glands getting used to the outside atmosphere) While it peels regularly take the skin off ( don't rip it off) and soon it'll become less sensitive!. This is all perfectly normal, you have nothing to worry about!. For me it took two weeks post surgery until i was completely comfortable to put on underwear (until then i wore a robe) Just give it a while and make sure to clean the blood off your wounds, preferably in a sterile bath!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Your penis tip is a very sensitive area!. As you have been circumcised the tender area on the glans penis which got exposed has to get tough by constant rubbing against the clothes which will be painful for a time till it becomes hardened and less sensitive !.then you wont have any pain!.wear soft cotton undergarments and while at home you can wear loose clothes which do not touch the tip of your penis! Your penis is very sensitive because it is exposed all the time now!. It will desensitize over time!. The best way to stop the rubbing is to wear briefs, or some type of compression shorts!. Any of the synthetic type which are smooth!. Try the Hellly Hansen underarmour shorts or speedos!. This should minimize the friction!. Im also assuming that you have stitches in!. Even if they use dissolving stitches, you should have the remnants that dont dissolve removed by the doctor after ten days or you could wind up with tunnel marks!.

it will desensitize to where it's not too noticeable, but some clothing may always bother you, I was cut at birth and I could never wear boxers as they irritated the head, so I always wore briefs to minimize the rubbing

Yes, it will hurt because it is missing its protective covering, this should stop after a while as it starts to lose sensitivity (though that's your sexual sensitivity going too)!.

You have had the end of your penis cut of, yes it will hurt!. But that will stop as circumcised people lose most of the sensation down there!.
