When a guy doesn't release semen does it build up inside their balls?!

Question: When a guy doesn't release semen does it build up inside their balls!?
Answers:
Unejaculated sperm together with some seminal fuid build up in the seminal vesicles and prostatic fuid accumalates in the prostate!. Immediately prior to ejaculation, the prostatic fluid mixes with the sperm etc and is forcefully ejaculated via the urethra and penis!. If you do not have sex or masturbate to orgasm, your body will rid itself of surplus semen through a "wet dream", but these can happen anyway, even if you are ejaculating dailyWww@Answer-Health@Com

The sperm will build inside the testes, while the seminal fluid builds inside the prostate!. If the semen (mixture of seminal fluid and sperm) is not released before the body needs to dispose of it, then the body will release it in a Wet Dream (Nocturnal Emission)!. Since the male body produces million of sperm a day, the body excretes the unused sperm to the body to be released as waste!. Hope this helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well if your not masturbating or becoming aroused sexually then the body just reabsorbs the semen!. If you become close to the point of ejaculation and then just don't, then the semen will back down the urethra and back up into the testicles and if this happens a lot then it hurts!.!.!. this is know as blue balls!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you do not release semen even while aroused, it will back up into the urethra and lead to a condition known commonly as "blue balls"!. It's rather painful and can be helped by cold water applied to that area!. If you are unaroused, however, then nothing will happen!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It doesn't build up inside your balls!. If it did, your balls would burst, because the body is always producing semenWww@Answer-Health@Com
