It feels like I'm constantly ejaculating (and frankly I am!.!.!. my penis is ALWAYS WET)!. It pisses the hell out of me!. I feel so depressed now!. It's been going on for a year now, ever since my nocturnal emissions started happening!. It feels like I can't even save myself for anyone!. I don't know if you have problems with doing a solo action and bringing yurself to ejaculation, but in my estimation, this would be the healthiest action for you to take for both yur physical and emotional well being!. At age 15, yur hormones can be at their all time peak, and bringing yurself off can bring better results than wet dreams!.
A wet dream is like a pressure releif, and it doesn't completely empty yur seminal vessels or yur prostrate gland!. When you wake up during a wet dream, the body is still asleep in the nerve centers lots, and you miss out on the huge pleasure and emotional fullfillment from that and it can get depressing to you!. It's possible that you have an enlarged prostate or an infection in either the prostate or bladder because that doesn't sound normal!. You should have the doctor preform a full body exam and on your prostate and bladder!. If the prostate is enlarged, medication will solve this and this would explain the inability to completely empty your bladder!. See a doctor so this doesn't get worst!. These may be occurring because you don't masturbate!? i'm presuming you don't because you mention being "dry" all the time, i reckon its because of a huge build up of sperm, it just mounts up and leaks out, so if you masturbate regularly it wont leak!.

It could be some structural problems, especially when you say that peeing is uncomfortable!. It's NOT supposed to be like that and to me, that would be a sign of something else happening!. The discomfort in peeing could mean some problems in the ureter, which is the tube that the pee passes through!.
I also would wonder about prostate function simply because it impacts all the stuff you mention!. Has your doctor done a digital rectal exam to check your prostate!? i no i'm a girl and that but my bro had the same prob and i said to him he should go to the doctors about it!. i no its hard going to a doctors and them looking at everything but they don't think anything off it so dnt worry!. basicly he had a urine infection and that also affected him ejaculating and everything as well!. they simply gave him some tablets and he was fin in the next week, he was only in the doctors for about 5 mins not very long at all!.
the doctor said he lef it any later it could have bin alot worse so sort as soon as!.
