took me 6 months to go from 44 (250lbs) to 34 (155lbs) where i have now stabilized at 175!.
Diet and excercise, it's simple!. Stay away from sugars, get that from fruit, no juice or pop!. Cut what you eat in half!. If you're hungry eat cereal or fruit or a salad no dressing!.
learn to control your metabolism!. Once you figure that out, the weight should fall off!. It fell off me!Www@Answer-Health@Com
